Cloudy with clearings. No precipitation, only in the northern part of the country during the day light rain. At night and in the morning in the southeastern part fog.
Temperature at night 2-7° heat, on the Black Sea coast up to 11°; during the day 8-13°, in the Carpathian and Odessa regions up to 16°.
